Food Support for Those Who Need It Most

At WHEAT, we are dedicated to serving individuals and families across Connecticut who are facing the challenges of food insecurity. We have evolved from a small local pantry into a vital support system for thousands of people.

Because we participate in The Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP) through our partnership with CT Foodshare, we follow federal eligibility guidelines to ensure our resources reach those who need them most.

Simply put: if you live in Connecticut and are struggling to put enough food on the table, we are here for you.
